I love the look of this- it holds you in better and looks better than just a tank top. The built in sports bra holds well and you can remove the pads. I do recommend a size up, I have a bigger chest so I went for size M (I’m a DD) I can run, do HIIT, and lift comfortably!

I’ve been on the hunt for a cropped tank that’s already padded to those days where I just want to quickly throw an outfit together and go and this is it. I love wearing it out and of course it’s amazing to workout in. You don’t even realize it’s there. That’s how breathable and comfortable the top is.
