We will send you a tracking number and email confirmation once your order is placed.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you another email with a tracking number so you can see where your package is.

ACTA offers curbside pickup only.

• Text your order # to 801-829-1628 when you arrive and we will bring it out to your car.

• Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns & Exchanges


Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

Proof of payment must be provided with the return.

Site-wide sale items are eligible for return.

Last Chance items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return.

ACTA will offer free returns on items that meet the following requirements:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Original Tags Attached
• Returned in Original Packaging

*all returns are subject to inspection upon arrival

Please allow for up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

ACTA provides free exchanges for all regular and site-wide sale items.

Last Chance items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchange.

We will not ship the exchange item until your original order has been sent in the mail.

Can I Change/Cancel My Order?

Yes! You can change or cancel your order unless it has already been fulfilled. Orders are fulfilled by 12pm the day after you place your order, so you have to decide fast.

Payment of all delivery duties is the responsibility of the customer.

How Long Does International Shipping Take?

Our shipping times will depend on the destination. 

You can generally expect your order within 10-12 business days after your product leaves our warehouse.

Please be patient with us during the holiday season. Shipping times may be longer than normal due to the volume of mail being sent through the postal service.

*ACTA does cover import fees into Canada.

Delivery duties are fees that are applied to your products when you ship them from country to country. This is basically an import fee that is determined by the local customs authority. The amount may vary depending on the type and value of the products being imported.

Most of ACTA product is designed and created as a limited edition. Therefore most products that are sold out will not be restocked. We suggest keeping a close eye on our Social Media for news on upcoming restocks and new product releases. Where to create discount code for followers

• You can create create your discount code on your Brandbassador App "Brand Page"

• Then click "activity" and scroll down and your code will be listed there

*If you would like to keep your former code, please send us a chat with your code and we will manually delete it in our systems and that will allow you to re enter it again


If you are an ambassador and have completed a purchase without using the discount code and are seeking a refund, feel free to contact customer support at hello@actawear.com and we will process a refund for you after we confirm your ambassador registration & order.

Purchase extension

Life happens, we get that! If you are unable to make an ACTA purchase within the first 24 hours following registration on our ambassador portal, we are happy to allow an extension. Feel free to contact hello@actawear.com to discuss a time frame regarding an extension.

Free Product

We don’t give free product, but we do offer discounts and opportunities for commission.

First:

Please make sure you have followed all of the instructions in the mission correctly.

Make sure you have any mandatory keywords added correctly.

Other things you can try:

Try relinking the social account in relation to your submission.

Most of our products are seasonal/annual meaning that once they are gone, we typically don’t restock them. We will however be coming out with new products every season moving forward.

We are currently working on creating more men’s clothing. Look out for some new products in 2022.
