Returns

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

We offer free returns within 15 days of the delivery date (as shown in your tracking information). To start a return, please submit a request — we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and other residue.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items cannot be worn or washed.

If your return falls between 16–30 days after delivery, you are still eligible to return the items, but you must provide your own shipping label and send the package to:

Returns that do not meet the above conditions — especially those with makeup, deodorant, or pet hair — will not be accepted.
