How do I start a return?
We offer free returns within 15 days of delivery (per tracking). Use the Loop Returns Portal to submit a return request and we will email you a prepaid return label.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. They should be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any other residue. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. If a returned item shows signs of use or is outside the 30 day window, it will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
