If your ACTA item doesn’t perform the way it should because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right.
What’s Covered
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that impact your gear’s performance or durability.
This includes:
- Broken seams or stitching
- Hardware or zipper malfunctions
- Fabric flaws not caused by wear
- Pilling, fading, or stretching not due to misuse
What’s Not Covered
We can’t cover damage from everyday use, accidents, improper care, or modifications.
This includes:
- Damage from misuse or neglect
- Alterations or repairs done outside of ACTA
- Items bought from unauthorized sellers
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Please email us at hello@actawear.com and include clear photos of the issue, along with your order number. Once we receive your email, our team will review it and reach out with next steps.
