If your ACTA item doesn’t perform the way it should because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that impact your gear’s performance or durability.

This includes:

Broken seams or stitching
Hardware or zipper malfunctions
Fabric flaws not caused by wear
Pilling, fading, or stretching not due to misuse

What’s Not Covered

We can’t cover damage from everyday use, accidents, improper care, or modifications.

This includes:

Damage from misuse or neglect
Alterations or repairs done outside of ACTA
Items bought from unauthorized sellers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please email us at hello@actawear.com and include clear photos of the issue, along with your order number. Once we receive your email, our team will review it and reach out with next steps.
